The users of electric motorcycle in Indonesia are currently still limited. This is due to three main things, namely the limited amount energy charging infrastructure, lack socialization regarding knowledge technical aspects and financing ownership. research develops a conceptual design business model canvas Mobile Battery Swap Charging Stations (MBSCS) for motorcycles which aim find solutions problems above. development MBSCS an alternative increase number infrastructure quickly, because advantages include having higher level flexibility simpler installation than Fixed Stations. combines need increasing improving community using through marketing communication media. Increasing understanding expected people's motivation adopt motorcycle. uses secondary data explore (BMC), ecosystem, prototype design. analysis illustrates ecosystem that align with Indonesia. existence significantly buying interest, adoption, diffusion motors more broadly.
